Pictures of Salem

Salem has a cold so every time we pick her up she will sneeze, so for her cold we have to give her medicine but mom has to do it!! When ever mom comes in the room she dives under the bed!!

Spoiled

Jenna and I have had a cat since Monday and already she has enough toys and treats to last 10 years!!! She has a collar, toy mouse, a cat house and a ton of toys!!!! Also we have a jar of cat-nip and I'm growing cat grass!!!!

vet pet or not

Today was Salem's very first vet check up. The first step was getting her out from under the bed. NOT EASY It must have taken us an hour to stuff her in her carrier. The whole car ride there was scratching and clawing at the carrier. She is a vicious man eating feline NOT, shes a sweet little kitty. At the vet she clawed out of the carrier and ran for cover, we finally found her and had her check up. She is a healthy domestic short hair. :) Jenna

Advice please!

My Kenmore front-loading washer has been leaking for awhile but I just put a towel under it. I finally called a repairman and found it it has nearly rusted through and is not worth repairing! It is 7 years old and he said he is surprised it lasted that long as Kenmore's usually only last 4 or 5 years! He recommended Whirlpool. Maytag used to be the best but they decided to fore go quality and went bankrupt.
I went to the appliance store and they said Whirlpool or GE is pretty good. They are priced similarly. They also had a Bosch for about $300. more but he didn't think it would necessarily last any longer than the others. These days a decent washer lasts about 8-10 years on average.
I'm pretty sure I want another front load since they use much less water.
I also found out that dryers usually 2 or 3 times longer than a washer! I guess they are a simpler machine and there is less to wear out on them.
From a not so desperate housewife-thank the Lord for my job and family and dirty clothes to wash!!

Salem

I just got a Cat! She is a 2 year old domestic short hair with black fur. She loves to hide and for someone to find her. Salem is very playful but hates to be overwhelmed. We got her from the SPCA . Tomorrow we are going to take her to the vet to get her checked up on. Salem has been here for less than 24 hours and is already spoiled! :) Jenna

Isn't it random! I couldn't believe it!

Also we got a cat!!!! Her name is Salem, and no we didn't name her after a cigarette!!!!! Right now she's hiding in a dark corner.

Lessons

So far we have signed up for tennis lessons, art lessons, choior and violion! plus they are all on friday. So we are all booked on friday!!!!!

Tennis

Our tennis coach name is Joey. We have tennis on friday and in only 8 weeks we learned how to serve!!

Art

We take this as a fun course. It is an awsome course. We have been doing this since October.

Violion

We are on minuet 3. We switched teachers now instead of rachel we started take from Jessica Nelson.

A couple days ago we went to a cavern that had an ultra rare gem that only grew in the Skyline cave. There is a web site you can visit. www.skylinecaverns.com click on tours and photos. and then click on anthodite room. Those are ultra rare gems. (Tori is sick)
